Description
Steering wheel control interface and radio adapter cable for Nissan X-Trail, Almera and Terrano cars, with 16 and 8 pin connectors, to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade.
The cable adapts from the Nissan twin 10 and 6 pin connectors and the smaller 16 pin connector in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable. This adapter cable also retains the use of the original Bose amplifier by using the preout connections on the back of the new radio.
The steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable for a plug and play installation.
The interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional patch lead is required for the steering controls depending on the make of radio being fitted.
